Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the smartphone securely in its original designer packaging, including all accessories and cables.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
